Use the work to create value, not collateral damage. This policy protects clients, users, systems, and the people affected by technology built or operated with Genesis Prime.

01 / Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to GenesisPrime.io and to any account, demonstration, software, workflow, agent, hosted environment, credential, or other technology that Captain Webspace Inc. provides or makes available under the Genesis Prime name, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

You are responsible for your users, your data, and activity performed through access we provide to you.

02 / Lawful and non-harmful use

You may not use covered services or materials to:

  • Violate a law, regulation, court order, contractual obligation, or third-party right.
  • Facilitate fraud, deception, harassment, threats, exploitation, abuse, or physical harm.
  • Create, distribute, or assist malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential theft, phishing, spam, or unauthorized surveillance.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or data-protection rights.
  • Generate or distribute unlawful content or materially misrepresent synthetic content as authentic where doing so could cause harm.

03 / Security and authorized testing

You may not probe, scan, test, access, disrupt, or attempt to bypass a system, account, network, safeguard, rate limit, or access control without the system owner’s explicit authorization and a clearly defined scope.

Security research, red teaming, and vulnerability testing must be authorized in writing, limited to the approved target and timeframe, and conducted to minimize harm. Discovery of a vulnerability does not authorize exploitation, persistence, data access, or public disclosure.

04 / Privacy, identity, and data

You may not submit data you do not have the right to use, impersonate a person or organization, collect personal information deceptively, expose credentials or confidential information, or use provided systems to make unauthorized inferences about individuals.

Do not place highly sensitive, regulated, or production data into a demonstration or evaluation environment unless the written project terms expressly authorize it and appropriate safeguards are active.

05 / AI and automated systems

You must maintain human accountability appropriate to the stakes. You may not use covered systems to make fully autonomous decisions that determine a person’s legal rights, access to essential services, employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, or physical safety unless the use is lawful, expressly authorized, appropriately validated, and subject to meaningful human review.

You may not intentionally defeat safety boundaries, conceal known material limitations, or represent generated output as independently verified when it is not. Outputs must be reviewed in proportion to their consequences.

06 / Platform integrity and resources

You may not overload services, run unapproved automated scraping, resell or sublicense access, share credentials outside authorized personnel, reverse engineer except where law permits, or use resources in a way that materially interferes with other users or service operation.

07 / Enforcement

Captain Webspace Inc. may investigate suspected violations and may limit, suspend, or terminate access; require remediation; preserve relevant records; or report conduct to a client, platform provider, affected party, or authority when appropriate or legally required.

We will consider context, severity, intent, recurrence, and the risk of harm. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect people, data, systems, or legal rights.

08 / Reporting and questions

Report suspected abuse, security issues, or questions about permitted use to admin@genesisprime.io. Include enough detail to identify the affected service and issue, but do not send unnecessary personal data, credentials, or exploit code.
