These terms govern the public website. Consulting work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by Captain Webspace Inc. and the client.

01 / Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Captain Webspace Inc., the operator of Genesis Prime. By accessing GenesisPrime.io, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

02 / Website purpose

This site describes consulting capabilities, representative engagement patterns, and selected projects. Its content is general information, not legal, financial, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Examples and composite case studies illustrate the type of work we perform and are not promises of a particular result.

The site may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. We may modify or discontinue any part of it without notice.

03 / Consulting engagements

Sending an inquiry, preparing an email through the project brief, or discussing a potential project does not create a consulting, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. An engagement exists only when the parties sign a written agreement that defines scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality, intellectual property, and other project terms.

If a signed agreement conflicts with these website terms on a matter related to the engagement, the signed agreement controls for that matter.

04 / Content, intellectual property, and submissions

Unless otherwise stated, Captain Webspace Inc. owns or licenses the site’s design, text, graphics, software, and original materials. You may view and make reasonable internal business use of the site, but you may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from it without permission or a legal right to do so.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to developer programs or platform access do not imply endorsement or certification.

You retain ownership of material you send in an inquiry. You give us permission to use it to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and, if an engagement follows, as provided in the signed agreement. Do not send trade secrets, credentials, regulated data, or other highly sensitive information before appropriate protections are in place.

05 / Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not interfere with the site, test systems without written authorization, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use the site unlawfully.

06 / Third-party services and links

The site may link to or load material from third-party services. Captain Webspace Inc. does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

07 / Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Captain Webspace Inc. disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

08 / Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captain Webspace Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the public site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

09 / Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement governing use of the public site.
